Day 1.       Settle In. Warm Up.

Meet your new retreat friends over a glass of fresh ginger and lemongrass tea. Settle into your bungalow. Get ready for a run or a fitness session. It’s a light one. Dinner is Balinese style at our dining table in the rice fields. You will wonder how such wickedly delicious food gets to be so healthy. No talk about diets or the super foods. Just fresh locally grown food.

Day 2.       Getting Outdoors.

Get into the freedom of the outdoors. Uneven terrain, hills, temperature/humidity differences all add to the challenge and fun getting active on retreat. Our days are filled with bootcamp, boxing, HIIT, circuit or run sessions. Every day is different. After breakfast, a jungle trek gets the heart rate up today. Lunch in the jungle overlooking spectacular ravines is your reward. The afternoon is to relax before we get hands on in a cooking class and finish the day with yoga. We take our time over a dinner laden with plates of delicious and nutritious goodness. That’s your first full day. Feel amazing about yourself.

Day 3.       Bali By Bike.

Early morning run group. ProSportBootcamp session. All before 8am. Get set for a cruisy bike tour on the back roads of Bali stopping at places of cultural interest along the way. It’s all downhill, except the optional 8km uphill push at the end of the day. Been a while since you’ve ridden a bike? That’s ok. Jump in the support vehicle whenever you need a break. Still have energy to burn? There’s another ProSportBootcamp session waiting for you. We close the day with a restorative stretching session after dinner.

Day 4.       “The Hardest Paths Lead To The Most Beautiful Views”.

Be Alive At Dawn. We trek by torchlight to our secret Caldera location to take in a sunrise over the east coast of Bali. The surrounding mountains, lake and ocean are the backdrop to our day.  We continue the trek along the caldera, stopping for a picnic brunch. After a slow descent we take a boat trip across the lake to the hot springs. It’s time to unwind and let the spring’s healing powers do their work. The afternoon is for extra massages or just a well-deserved nap. Take in a stretch session after dinner to complete an awesome day.

Day 5.       A Village Day.

A day at home with Prosport Bootcamp sessions, massages, village walks and chill time woven into the day. It’s our last night and we like to celebrate with our staff and friends from the village in a Balinese feast for dinner.
*Up for a little adventure? This is the perfect day to add on a morning white water rafting trip. It’s more fun than frightening and the stairs to the river are a workout. It’s all worth it. (*Rafting additional cost to program)

Day 6.       The Final Blast.

Put your new found energy to work in the final run and fitness session. Double serves of banana pancakes at the farewell breakfast is the norm. Reflect on all you have achieved over the last few days. Feel good about yourself and your fellow retreat friends.Go home feeling energized, more confident in body and mind.
