Your retreat will involve training, adventure, mind fusion, soaking up some sunshine and relaxing.
This is not an “Eat Pray Love” retreat! We will challenge you, keep you accountable and spoil you.

JULY 30 – AUG 4 2017 $AUD1600pp


Day 1.       Settle in. Switch Off.

Chat, settle in over a glass of fresh ginger and lemongrass tea. Move into your bungalow, take a tour around our place, your home for the week. Dinner is Balinese style at our dining table in the rice fields. Be prepared to eat delicious fresh food that has a nutritional blast all retreat. We chat about the program for the week.

Day 2.       Eat Fresh. Move More. Have Fun.

Kick start the day with an early morning fitness session in the bamboo gym. Earn your breakfast! A jungle trek through rivers and ravines gets you up close to local life and raises the heart rate at times. We enjoy lunch in the jungle before heading home for some chill time. Book in for a massage or just read a book, take a nap. Late afternoon is a Fusion Workshop or another training session depending on group energy levels. A delicious dinner completes a big day. Sleep is all you need!

Day 3.       Bali By Bike.

Energised by a fitness session we’re ready to cycle the back roads of Bali. It’s a cruisy ride stopping at places of cultural interest along the way. Breakfast and lunch are included. Not too sure about your bike skills? Don’t worry, jump into the support vehicle when you need a break.  We get home in time to chill out over lemongrass tea before mastering the secrets of our kitchen in a relaxed hands-on cooking class which naturally rolls into dinner.

Day 4.       One. Step. At. A. Time.

Be Alive At Dawn. Trek by torchlight to the summit of Mt Batur volcano for sunrise. We walk on steep footpaths, led by our very experienced local guides. We spilt into groups of similar pace, so don’t stress if this is your first trek experience. Soaking in the lakeside Hot Springs after the climb makes it all worth the 3am start! Lunch is at our favourite organic restaurant overlooking the crater. There’s time for massages and afternoon naps before a restorative yoga session and dinner. Sleep comes easily.

Day 5.       Time To Be Spoilt.

A fitness session and breakfast kicks our day off before heading into Ubud for the ultimate body treatment. The traditional “mandi lulur” will scrub and polish your skin to a glow.  There’s time to shop at the wonderful markets, galleries and artisan stores. Our last dinner together is a celebration. Join our staff and friends from the village in a Balinese feast. Music and dancing is on!

Day 6.       Engage. Commit. Empower.

Put your new found energy to work in the final fitness session. Double serves of banana pancakes at the farewell breakfast is the norm. Reflect on all you have achieved over the last few days. Feel good about yourself and your fellow retreat friends. It’s time to pack your bag full or memories and move on to your next destination..
