Day 1.       Settle in. Unwind.

After settling into your bungalow, you’ll gather with your new friends over a cup of lemongrass tea. Shake off any residual jetlag with a gentle Movement stretch session, followed by a welcome Mindfulness meditation to help ease your mind and adjust your pace to the new surrounds. You’ll enjoy your first Balinese meal in our tranquil outdoor dining room, surrounded by lily ponds.

Day 2.       Eat Fresh. Move More.

Today starts off with a Movement session incorporating Emily’s Pilates training with equipment crafted from natural objects sourced from the local environment. Nourish your body with a breakfast of tropical fruit and banana pancakes, before embarking on a picturesque trek through the jungle and local villages. Your afternoon is devoted to the practice of loving and honouring your body. Stretch your limbs with Emily, then indulge in some optional body treatments, concluding with a lesson on how to naturally rejuvenate your skin in our Glow Spa Class.

Day 3.       Witness Beauty Every Step Of The Way.

It’s an extra early start as you depart with us in the dark, for our pre-dawn volcano climb up Mt Batur. Rewarded with a magnificent sunrise, you’ll gently descend and immerse yourself in the hot springs overlooking the lake at the base of the mountain.  An afternoon of rest and relaxation is ahead with optional body treatments and one-on-one coaching sessions with your hosts Emily and Louisa. A pre-dinner Movement stretch session will help soothe your muscles and prepare you for a restful night’s sleep.

Day 4.       Balance.

We start our day with a pre-breakfast Movement and Mindfulness session with your hosts Emily and Louisa. Then a quick freshen up and nutritious breakfast to prepare us for a day of galleries, shopping, cafes and spa treatment in Ubud. Returning to our retreat late in the afternoon you’ll be taken through a gentle Movement stretch session. A post-dinner guided meditation will help you melt into bed for a blissful nights’ sleep.

Day 5.       Movement. Mindfulness.

Your blood will be pumping straight up in our morning Movement session. Learn how to adopt the pace of nature in our Mindfulness workshop, followed by a one-on-one Movement, reiki or Mindfulness coaching session with your hosts Emily and Louisa. Roll up your sleeves as you take on the mortar and pestle, learning to cook Balinese style. We then get to enjoy the fruits of our labour, sitting down on our final night together for a celebration dinner.

Day 6.       Reflection.

In our pre-breakfast meditation, you’ll reflect on the experiences you have had and prepare yourself to implement the learnings from the retreat, into your life upon returning home. Then it is farewell and Namaste.

Movement sessions:
Our movement program is designed to show you the many different ways you can get your body moving while receiving a holistic physical workout. Yoga, Pilates, outdoor circuits, stretching and interval training make up just some of the fun and energetic sessions we have created for you. You’ll laugh, you’ll be challenged and you will learn the correct techniques to get the most out of your training.

Mindfulness sessions:
We will introduce you to the practice of being aware of your every movement and thought, without judgement. Whether it’s within the structure of a workshop session, guided-meditation or at any given moment during your day – you may be guided to stop for a few seconds, focus your attention on your breath and listen to and feel your body. It is during these moments of stillness, you will realise who you really are and learn to appreciate the beauty of the present moment.
