13 – 18 AUG 2017


Day 1.       Settle in. Visualise. Set Goals.

Check-in with a glass of fresh ginger and lemongrass tea. Settle into your bungalow and get ready to bring your vision & goals to life with our vision board session. With your goals, inspirations and motivations fresh in mind it’s time to tackle our first group training session which will work up a big appetite for our Balinese style dinner overlooking the beautiful rice fields. We get to know each other over dinner and chat about the retreat program.

Day 2.       Strength. Self Belief.

Good morning amazing humans, this morning we begin with a self love and self value chat before getting into a group training session. After refuelling at breakfast it’s time to hit a jungle trek. Take the time to take in the surroundings and feel how blessed you are to be experiencing the present moment. A free afternoon is your chance to relax with a massage, take a nap or chill with your retreat friends.
The afternoon ZUU training session is designed to push your body. Being all body weight, there will be times your mind may trick you but we are here to build self-belief and strength. Together we build mental resilience. The day ends with time to chat about the day over dinner.

Day 3.       Bali by Bike.

It’s a slower paced morning with time to stretch out with some yoga before heading out on a full day cycling tour.  We experience the culture of the Balinese lifestyle, see some incredible rice fields and taste some local food for breakfast and lunch. There is an optional training session for those keen to burn some more energy.   We continue our chats over dinner, discussing the day’s adventure and progress with our goals.

Day 4.       It’s Not The Mountain We Conquer, But Ourselves.

Inspired by Sir Edmund Hilary’s words we hike to the top of Mt Batur volcano by torch light to see the sunrise. What better way to start the day? After the descent we head to the natural hot springs and let the powers of the magic waters heal our bodies, an important reminder to always give back to our bodies and be thankful or all it allows us to do. With an afternoon of relaxation, there’s time to reflect on the morning or book into a nice massage. A stretch session calms the body and mind before dinner. Sleep comes easily!

Day 5.       Sambals. Spices. Sunsets.

This morning we talk about the barriers and fears that hold us back, working with some motivational ideas to help us break them down. Inspired, we move into a group training session. After breakfast it’s time to get our master chef on. Get hands on in a cooking class and take away some nutrition tips to use at home. Relax after lunch. Take some time for yourself before we get together to revisit our vision boards, checking in with the goals we set on day 1. It’s our last night together, so we celebrate with sunset drinks, a few laughs and a special Balinese feast.

Day 6.       Make A Promise To Yourself.

Give your best at our last fun, team inspired group training session. Feel energised. We have time for one more adventure together. We trek out to our secret waterfall location after breakfast. It’s a beautiful place to reflect on your time at the retreat, be proud of yourself and thankful for this opportunity.
Pack your visions & goals in to your bag and make a promise keep living them at home. Exchange numbers with your fellow retreaters and remember it’s not goodbye it’s just see you later.
