19 – 24 MAR and 23-28 JUL, 2017 $AUD1600pp

Day 1.       Settle in. Warm Up.

Chat, settle in over a glass of fresh ginger and lemongrass tea. Move into your bungalow, your home for the week.Get ready for your first group fitness session. It’s a light one. Dinner is Balinese style at our dining table in the rice fields. Be prepared to eat delicious fresh food that has a nutritional blast all retreat. We chat about the program for the week.

Day 2.       A Change of Pace.

Change is on the agenda today. Get ready to mix it up with a morning Bootcamp session in the bamboo gym; a jungle trek through rivers and ravines; lunch in the jungle and an afternoon workshop on “Changing Habits”. There’s time to treat yourself to a massage before enjoying a dinner laden with plates of delicious and nutritious goodness. It’s a big day. You’re up for it.

Day 3.       “The Hardest Paths Are The Ones Leading To The Most Beautiful Views”.

Be Alive At Dawn. We trek by torchlight to our secret Caldera location to take in a sunrise over the east coast of Bali. The surrounding mountains, lake and ocean are the backdrop to our day.  We continue the trek along the caldera, stopping for a picnic brunch. After a slow descent we take a boat trip across the lake to the hot springs. We unwind and let the spring’s healing powers do their work. We’re ready for lunch and an afternoon of relaxation and massages before dinner.

Day 4.       Nutrition Notes.

Boxing, Bootcamp& Breakfast sets the day up before we focus on the food we need to fuel a healthy way of life. A nutrition workshop combined with a cooking demonstration will give you some fresh ideas on making some changes to your eating habits. Enjoy the downtime after lunch… more time for massages and deluxe facial treatments or just a quiet afternoon of contemplation. Finish off the day with a stretch/core session before joining our staff and friends from the village in a celebratory Balinese feast for dinner. Music and dancing is on!

* Up for some fun on the river? Take a white water rafting trip in the afternoon. It’s more fun than frightening and a great way to see the Ayung River flowing through Bali. This trip is organised with an outside operator and is an additional cost to the program.

Day 5.       Mixing It Up In Ubud.

A Boxing Bootcampand breakfast kicks our day off before heading into Ubud for the ultimate body treatment. The traditional “mandilulur” will scrub and polish your skin to a glow.  There’s time to shop at the wonderful markets, galleries and artisan stores. Dinner is at our favourite organic restaurant on the outskirts of Ubud.

Day 6.       The Exploration of You.

Put your new found energy to work in the final Bootcamp session. Double serves of banana pancakes at the farewell breakfast is the norm. Reflect on all you have achieved through the ‘exploration of you’ over the last few days. Feel good about yourself and your fellow Bootcampers. It’s time to pack your bag and move on to your next destination.
