Join us for this Rite of Passage, an intimate gathering with likeminded sistas, where we will sit in sacred circle, learning to Rest, Reflect and Remember our ancient Female Medicine. Strengthen our emotional reserves, tend to our spiritual gardens and move stagnant energy from your body & mind. Emerge more connected, calm and confident to move forward in your life with ease & grace, carrying with you the knowledge of the Divine Feminine.
Day 1. Settle In. Relax. Opening Ceremony.
Arrive & meet your new retreat sistas over a glass of ginger & lemongrass tea. Settle into your bungalows, ground yourself with a walk in the gardens then come together for our Opening Ceremony, sitting in a sacred womens circle to receive your beautiful journals. Enjoy your first Balinese Dinner in the outdoor tranquil dining room. It’s early to bed.
Day 2. Listening to the Voice Within.
Start the day with some gentle Dru Yoga, & setting our intentions followed by a tropical breakfast. You are now ready to immerse yourself into our first workshop “womb wisdom”…switch on your pelvic floor muscles as Laughter Medicine arrives. The afternoon is for blissful body treatments & Journal Work or Art Therapy. Join together for dinner, sacred circle and Kirtan.
Day 3. Beauty & Grace.
A little more energy needed today with our morning Yoga and then a Jungle Trek & lunch. This is an opportunity to ground yourself & take in Bali’s earth energy and her gifts of Beauty & Grace. Reward your body with afternoon treatments and a workshop on Self Care & Ancient Pampering Rituals. All your senses will awaken with a hands on Balinese cooking class followed by dinner & reflection.
Day 4. Adornment.
Start our day with a mindfulness walk in the local village witnessing the everyday life of the local joyful people. Fuel your body with a nutritious breakfast before we head into Ubud for the day exploring the local market & visiting a crystal shop. The afternoon will have us being adorned in a traditional Day Spa, which will leave you feeling like a goddess. Return to our retreat for personal reflection time & dinner, followed by a gentle sacred circle & Kirtan with more adornment of Henna Body Art.
Day 5. Our Offerings.
Your body will be feeling like Yoga is its new best friend & breakfast is now playtime for your soul. It now feels like home, sitting in our Sacred circle and today we will journey together into a Body Image & Self Esteem workshop with some beautiful Art Therapy self portraits. The afternoon brings us together with the offering of a Mindfulness Flower Mandala to our hosts & caregivers of Sharing Bali. Then a Celebration Dinner with some music & laughter.
Day 6. Rebirth & Coming Home.
Morning Yoga & Gratitude Gifts followed by our last tropical breakfast. We then come together to have a Closing Ceremony, where we will pause one last time to take a deep breath & give thanks & big love to our Wombs, our Sistas & Mumma Earth. Farewell & Om Shanti.
