Day 1. Settle in. Warm Up.
Meet your new retreat friends over a glass of fresh ginger and lemongrass tea. Settle into your bungalow. We get moving with a restorative yoga session followed by meditation. Dinner is Balinese style at our dining table in the rice fields. You will wonder how such wickedly delicious food gets to be so healthy. No talk about diets or the super foods. Just fresh locally grown food.
Day 2. Raise the Barre.
Bali @theBarre, a rice paddy trek, Pilates, meditation and a massage will have you feeling fantastic and energised in your body. Breakfast is a tropical delight not to be rushed; lunch is in the jungle overlook a sensational view and a healthy dinner completes the day.
Day 3. Spa Bliss.
We kick the day off with Bali @theBarre session. After breakfast Liza talks nutrition – how to eat your way to health. Next we head into Ubud for the ultimate body treatment. The traditional “mandi lulur” will scrub and polish your skin to a glow. There’s time to shop at the wonderful markets, galleries and artisan stores. Feeling like goddesses, we head home for a restorative yoga and meditation session before dinner.
Day 4. “The Hardest Paths Are The Ones Leading To The Most Beautiful Views”.
We trek by torchlight to the summit of Mt Batur volcano arriving in time for sunrise. We walk on steep footpaths, led by our very experienced and helpful local trek guides. They are there to give you a hand up if you need it. We have time to relax at the top; it’s not a race. It’s usually around a 4-5 hour round trip. Take home a great sense of achievement and some amazing photos. Hot Springs are our reward. As we unwind and let the spring’s healing powers do their work we make promises to be kind to ourselves more often. After lunch it’s all about massages and afternoon naps. Relax. Liza takes us through some tips on eating and the four phases of gut healing. All yummy and healthy! Stretch out in a Pilates session before a beautiful dinner to finish an amazing day.
Day 5. Getting Your Glow On.
There’s no doubt you will get your glow on today. A Bali @theBarre session, a “Glow Kitchen Spa Class”, and a spa pedicure will have you glowing from the inside out. We have a ‘Your Health’ talk. Liza speaks about homoeopathy/naturopathy and answers questions on your gut, its impact on your health and healthy living the natural way with natural medicine including counselling tips for your mental health, self-esteem and wellbeing. What does holistic really mean for you? Change your life with this specialist and feel vital, energetic and healthy. We kick back with a sunset cocktail before our staff and friends from the village join us for a celebratory Balinese feast for dinner.

Day 6. The Final Session.
Our final session is a Beginners @theBarre Ballet session. Yes, we are channelling our inner ballerina! After breakfast, take the morning to reflect on all you have achieved over the last few days. Take home a deep sense of peace, clarity and well-being. After lunch it’s time to pack your bag and move on to your next destination.
